• Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,516 and EUR 6,449 (scale 09) for a 36 hour week
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance

Intragroup Agreements Officer

You form the link between Rabobank’s staff groups and the Procurement and Vendor Management organization. As a member of the Intragroup Agreements team you will assist in building up a more mature Intragroup management policies, systems and processes. As this is area is being developed you will contribute to the overall design of this process for the whole of Rabobank and guide, support its maturity in the coming years as well as providing expert support.

Intragroup agreements are the intercompany agreements in which services from one location are delivered to another. They are legal agreements with compliance, risk, service level requirements and link to the charging of these services across the various entities in Rabobank Group.

You and your job
Procurement & Vendor Management (PVM) is a unit within Rabobank of approximately 120 FTE with a global procurement responsibility. The PVM department contributes to a strong cooperative bank by ensuring that the billions of euros spent with third parties is done cost-effectively, with high levels of quality and we remain in control of current and emerging risks.

This position is part of the Supply Risk Management Policies, Risk and Oversight team (SRM-PRO) as part of PVM. The SRM-PRO team ensures that 1) all applicable laws and policies are embedded in our way of working in Rabobank, 2) these processes are followed first time right, and 3) we perform oversight by bringing insights and reporting to the business to manage their supplier risks. In addition, the SRM-PRO team is responsible for regulatory reporting on supplier risk.

• Work in a project team to design and implement what is needed in regard to PVM’s process ownership of Intragroup Agreements
• Become the expert on these topics to support the successful management of these topics ongoing

• 36 hours per week
• Global scope

• Design and implement what is needed for embedding a mature intragroup agreements management and oversight in Rabobank
• Work across a wide stakeholder field to achieve the deliverables you are assigned in this large project
• Develop the skills and knowledge to remain the de-facto expert on these topics ongoing
