• Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,869 and EUR 5,526 (scale 08) for a 36 hour week

You play a critical role in ensuring that Rabobank meets AB&C requirements and effectively manages AB&C risks. You have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of procedures and Guidances to enhance the bank's compliance with AB&C regulations, global practice and our ability to manage AB&C risks effectively.

This proactive approach is crucial to reach the AB&C purpose: Together we safeguard our customers, the bank and society by detecting and preventing AB&C violations.

Your role as Policy advisor involves developing and implementing first line procedures and guidance, based on Global Policy and/or Standards. You support the AB&C Policy Officer and Process Manager with impact assessments and implementation of end-to-end processes. You closely work with your colleagues throughout the Control Standards department and support your Rabobank colleagues in the AB&C domain.

• Drafting AB&C risk procedures, work instructions and guidelines, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and meet the bank’s AB&C Global Standard and associated regulations;
• Work with Policy officer and process manager to identify the need for procedures and/or guidance for new and existing processes;
• Create clear, concise and unambiguous procedures / guidance from the Global AB&C Standard for the new AB&C processes;
• Link existing policies / procedure to the Global Standard and draft work instructions and guidance where required;
• By fulfilling these responsibilities, you contribute to maintaining a robust AB&C compliance framework, enhancing the skills of employees, and ensuring effective risk management throughout the bank.

• A multidisciplinary team in development that will exist of Process Managers, Subject Matter Experts and Implementation Managers.

Organizational sensitivity, complex problem solving and international stakeholder management are indispensable for this position of AB&C Policy Advisor. In addition, it is important that you recognize yourself in the checklist below:

• Relevant Bachelor degree.
• Proven experience in writing AB&C related procedures, work instructions and guidance.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the area of AB&C risk awareness and compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. UKBA, FCPA)
• Ability to conduct complex reviews and investigations to identify potential AB&C risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation with strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated experience with stakeholder management and you have persuasive power and are able to get things and people moving to achieve your goals.
• Focus on knowledge building and keeping up with developments in the industry.

• Scale 8 (up to € 5.525- gross per month).
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance.
• An extra budget of 10% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
• A combination of working from home and at the office.
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport
