The big picture

As Rabobank, we touch upon the lives of many people. In every role we play there is a human rights dimension that we need to consider. From how we treat our own people as an employer to how we address land rights and labor conditions as a corporate lender and a buyer of goods and services. That is why ‘Enable People’ is one of our sustainability aspirations alongside Climate and Nature. Our goal is a more inclusive society for customers, communities and our workforce.

Advisor Sustainability – People

Your team, People - Group Sustainability, works with stakeholders to ensure that as Rabobank we respect human rights within our own operations, business activities and relationships. We are committed to the United Nations' Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP's) and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct. These commitments guide us.
