Working student Financial Crime Compliance
This is what we offer you
- Gross monthly salary between EUR 2,053 and EUR 2,932 (scale 04) for a 36 hour week
- Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance

Do you want to apply your knowledge with real-life experience at one of the largest financial institutions in the Netherlands? Apply for this role as a working student within Financial Crime Compliance (FCC). FCC is part of the Compliance department and encompasses the teams working on a.o. Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorist Financing, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Sanctions, Internal- and External Fraud.
Within this role, you will work on your career at Rabobank. You do this by assisting the FCC department on a variety of assignments by:
- Setting-up a newly formed research collaboration between Rabobank and the Vrije Universiteit, which focuses on topics such as ‘discrimination in Know-Your-Client related client outreach’ and ‘risks of sharing learning & answers on corporate integrity’
- Supporting FCC Management in the set-up and roll-out of projects on various FCC topics (such as Anti-Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Sanctions regulations and Internal- and External Fraud)
- Working on a European partnership initiative with Rabobank’ peers to further strengthen the Compliance functions and be future proof on upcoming regulations
- Period: 6 months
- Hours per week: 8-16 hours per week (in consultation)

- Are enrolled in a Master’s program at the Vrije Universiteit (VU) with relevant links towards the financial sector and/or Compliance
- Have a basic understanding on Banking and financial regulations
- Have a pro-active mindset and are eager to take on new tasks
- Have flexibility to work from home and at the offices of Rabobank in consultation with your team
- Being fluent in both Dutch and English is preferred
