- Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,516 and EUR 6,449 (scale 09) for a 36 hour week

As a Scrum Master, together with your team(s) and stakeholders, you make a crucial contribution to the delivery of value to our customers. With over 500+ other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches you also contribute to one of the largest Agile Transformations in Europe. Within Tribe Business Lending in the Area Data & Modelling you are responsible for leading 2 squads. In total this Area consist of 14 squads. The Scrum Master holds a seat as facilitator in the Squad Triangle.

You and your job:
As a scrum master, you are the engine behind the squad’s delivery success. You act as a servant-leader and delivery coach, enabling your team to focus, align and execute with clarity and purpose.
Your primary mission is to ensure that the team delivers high-quality outcomes efficiently and predictably, while continuously improving their way of working.
You shield the team from distractions, and foster a culture of responsibility and transparency. You facilitate the scrum events with purpose and help the team to flow. By that you ensure the sprint goals are aligned with the broader business objectives. Collaborating closely with the product owner and the tech lead, you help the team maintain a sustainable pace while staying laser-focused on delivering value.
You use data-driven insights from Azure DevOps to guide continuous improvement and elevate the delivery performance. Your coaching helps the team to mature in their agile and Simplify@Scale practices, from planning and refinement through review and release.
Specific for this vacancy
- a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
- at least an advanced Scrum Master certificate like PSM1 (Scrum.org) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (ScrumAlliance.org);
- experience with LeSS, or the Spotify Scrum at Scale model will help us improve on scaling Agile in our Area called Simplify@Scale;
- experience in guiding management teams and other Scrum Masters in an Agile way of working;
- Experience in coaching teams working across multiple locations.

- with your passion for Agile and scaling, your knowledge of the Scrum framework and your people knowledge, you create a culture of continuous improvement;
- you are an expert in facilitating and very capable of giving various creative inspiring workshops and training courses;
- your experience is not only going to help teams flourish, you will also be a driving force to inspire the entire Area to continuously improve;
- you are part of the scrum master team of the Area that informs and assists the Area Leadership team on area transformation topics. Requiring you to identify recurring themes and take the lead to get things done. These topics are outside the teams you are assigned to as Scrum Master allowing you to operate on a bigger scale;
- you are an inspiration to other Scrum Masters and have experience in guiding them to help them improve to the next level.
- You are together with the Tech Lead responsible for the delivery of the committed work for the upcoming quarter.
