Welcome to the world of Financial Economic Crime (FEC). Rabobank is looking for a Road Manager, who will help FEC Tech to achieve complex Tech related initiatives/objectives that span across the tribe FEC Tech, the Global business lines or other tribes/departments and involve deadlines.

You & your job

As Roadmanager you create overview and transparency in (complex) objectives and backlogs across the chains and you report into the tribelead of FEC Tech. You ensure that all involved parties are aligned, that all parties do the right things in the right order and you signal when a project deviates from the roadmap.

Get results

• Ensure all parties involved know what to do to realize a specific objective, through the created transparency.
• Managing complex initiatives which often involve a logical order of activities with many dependencies
• Supporting PO’s, Area leads and Tribe Leads  in cross Entity or cross Regional alignment on all levels

Top responsibilities

• Performing or facilitating refinement to get insight in required activities, timing and parties involved
• Refining together with the relevant parties to break up the initiative in manageable parts: Themes, Sub themes and Epics.
• Aligning with producing tribes/area's/squads which work items they will be delivering per Quarter
• Creating and communicating roadmap based on existing backlogs and estimates (AzDO, QBR tool) or planning  from Squads and Areas
• Continuously creating transparency of dependencies and impediments across Squads/Areas and Tribes through stakeholder management and events.
• Continuously creating transparency on the impact on the roadmap of any changes/delays in delivery by a party involved and escalating timely when necessary
• Facilitating decision making within the existing events on relevant levels,  through Transparency.

You and your talent

• There is a preferred candidate;
• Relevant experience in leading large scaled agile Tech and compliance initiatives;
• Being able to switch between all stakeholders and facets, from customer, management and team to product, market, organization and own vision.
• Being able to act in politically sensitive environments, with different stakeholders at different levels
• Create, facilitate, and inspire high performing teams and focus on development of the team to achieve results together
• Challenger mindset and passion to challenge others
• Excellent writing & communication skills;
• Fluent in English and Dutch language.
