- Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,712 and EUR 5,300 (scale 08) for a 36 hour week

Risk Professional – Risk & Finance Tech
As a Risk Professional within the Division Risk & Finance Tech, you support the Tech Division and Domains in executing and validating the Dynamic Risk Cycle for all IT & Operational risks.
You and Your Job
As a Risk Professional, you support the Tech Control Officer and Domain Control Officers. Together, you ensure the Tech Domains are in control of risk, security, and compliance. You proactively identify risks, check implemented controls, and ensure follow-up on audit actions. Additionally, you contribute to quality and policy development, implement audit findings, and continuously improve risk & control activities within the Division Risk & Finance Tech.
Practical Examples
- Lead the preparation and processing of the Risk Dialogue, enhancing risk awareness across the division.
- Drive the execution of standard periodical assessments, ensuring the division remains in control.
- Capture all important risk and security data from various sources, create one common overview, and capture feedback.
- Ensure all relevant risk tooling is up-to-date, by keeping track of updates, registering findings, capturing actions, and attaching evidence.

Top responsibilities
- Risk registration (capturing actions, findings, and evidence in risk tooling such as Archer)
- Reporting (creating and updating dashboards, preparing risk reports)
- Facilitation (support the Tech Control Officer with meeting preparation, minutes, organizing workshops)
- Support the execution of various assessments and findings with analysis, advice, progress monitoring, and quality assurance
The In Control Office of Risk & Finance Tech ensures that the division is demonstrably in control of its risks to be and remain stable and secure. This includes implementing Standards, Controls, and Procedures. We are the single point of contact for the Risk & Finance Tech MT concerning the Dynamic Risk Cycle and all In Control topics.

You and your talent
- HBO level, preferably with CRISC certification
- Knowledge of (IT) risk management
- Strong affinity with IT and applications
- Very skilled in Excel
- You are quality-minded & have an analytical mind, focused on continuous improvement
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
This position is in Utrecht. To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands. We are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country.
