Senior Business Controller for Financial Economic Crime

Be the strategic partner for our Rabobank FEC departments, which encompass 6,500 FTEs. You'll be involved in Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions activities for both our Retail NL and Wholesale and Rural departments. Our mission is to support Rabobank in achieving its strategic goals while maintaining our reputation as a rock-solid, globally recognized bank.

The FEC organization is a quality driven organization with the main focus on CDD (Customer Due Diligence) TM (Transaction Monitoring) and Sanctions. The 3 pillars are supported by a subset of departments covering TECH (including AI applications on the internal processes), First Line Monitoring / First Line Risk and relationships with the business and “legal” authorities outside the bank. The FEC department is moving into a qualitative organization against a sustainable level of costs.

You and your talent

Dedicated, social and empathetic are clearly essential for the role of a senior Business Controller. Moreover, you recognize yourself in most of the items in the checklist below, or you want to develop accordingly;

• You have a HBO + / WO diploma in (business) economic or business intelligence;
• You are able to solve complexities, review reports and provide feedback;
• You possess an outstanding analytical skill set, complemented by exceptional social and communication abilities
• Proficiency in the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
