You and your job
As Project and Process Lead you like to work in an international environment with different stakeholders. You will be responsible for the execution of small to medium projects or be part of the project team for large projects, important part of every project is to do things more efficiently and move to one way of working in Wholesale Region Europe & Africa.

The 10-12 people in the Business Change Team, an experienced team that supports the Commercial and Support teams with implementing (global) programs and projects. The team has all the knowledge and network needed to efficiently drive change in the Region Europe & Africa. The team is part of the Client Support & Change team within Wholesale Region Europe & Africa. Working together is the way we work; as 1 passionate team at Rabobank. You and your talent​

• ​Professional and intellectual ability on WO level; 
• Proven track record in executing projects and > 5 years of experience in project management;
• Knowledge of the wholesale business, Lean Green Belt, Agile and Prince2, with excellent PowerPoint skills;
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English is required; 
• Execution and Decision-Making;
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving;
• Networking and communication skills.
