Conversational AI developer

In the role of Conversational AI developer you’re part of a team that strives for the best customer-experience in online banking contact. You’ll be part of an environment that heavily focusses on innovation by means of cutting-edge technologies, such as Generative AI! Together, you’ll be responsible for how customers get into contact with the bank on a large scale, working on an application landscape that supports over thirty thousand customer calls every day. Think of, for example, continuously improving our voicebot to better serve our customers when they call us, using a combination of traditional Natural Language Processing and Generative AI-based features.

What do we offer?

• A gross monthly salary between € 3.711,55 and € 6.130,64 (scale 8 or 9), depending on experience, knowledge and education
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance  
• An extra budget of 10% or 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
