Product Owner Robotics Platform

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our high-performing DevOps team. As the Product Owner for Robotics Platform, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategy, development, and implementation of solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team to ensure the continuity of our services, to enhance logging and monitoring capabilities, streamline processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product backlog items based on input from stakeholders, market trends, and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather Business requirements and shield the team from interruptions.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and features.
• Monitor and analyse usage metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of our services.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices, tools, and capabilities, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
• Work closely together with fellow product owners in the same area to align priorities, dependencies, and roadmaps.
• Shared responsibility with the Scrum Master and Solution Architect (triangle) to ensure alignment with overall architectural and Agile framework standards.
• Work closely with the Scrum Master and your team to help them achieve their full potential and be as successful as possible.
• You challenge your squad to think beyond today and always act with the future in mind.
• Demonstrate the ability to make tough decisions and say "no" when necessary, ensuring that the product backlog remains focused and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner and PSPO I certification with a proven track record of success in managing complex software products.
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Low Code No Code concepts.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, with experience working in Scaled Agile/Scrum environments.
• Technical Background on MS Azure Cloud is bug plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experienced in collaboration and innovating with the tech ecosystem of software vendors, preferred suppliers and competitors.

This is what we offer you

• a gross monthly salary between €3.518,- and €5,024,- (scale 8, 36 hours).
• 13th month and holiday pay: the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
• an Employee Benefit Budget (10% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
• an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.
• a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
• a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
