Process Architect CHRO


You and your job
As the process architect for CHRO, you will focus on the 4 subdomains: Digital Workplaces and Collaboration, Identity and Access Management, Facilities and Human Resources. CHRO focuses on providing every employee in Rabobank with seamless and secure employee and manager journeys.

We are working on how to introduce generative artificial intelligence features for our staff and leaders in the future. This will likely have a big effect on our process architecture. We need to consider how this major shift will affect our whole processes, their owners, risks, and controls. How will we aim for simplicity of our process architecture when we face more complexity in process connections?

You will be working together with a team of Business Architects in CHRO (7), and a team of process managers. In addition, you will contribute towards increasing the maturity of Process Architecture as a discipline within Rabobank alongside the 7 other process architects.

Last but not least, as a main contributor towards change in the CHRO domain, you will work together with peers within the domain including implementation managers, risk partners, and project managers by providing valuable advice derived from CHRO process insights and structured analysis. Therefore, you will be expected to regularly coach others and bring your stakeholders along the process architecture journey while providing added value to them.

Key responsibilities

In CHRO we expect our architects to divide their time equally over three main responsibilities:

  • You will support both CHRO Business and Tech upon request
  • You will focus on the future state of CHRO’s process architecture by providing both solicited and unsolicited architectural advice about processes & people.  
  • You will keep a tidy architectural administration to ensure we can look forward with ease, and backward upon request.

You and your talent

  • 3-7 years of architectural experience in complex environments.
  • Master’s degree or vocational studies in a relevant field.
  • Consulting behavior that fits the process architect role.
  • You are a good listener and a natural in convincing others
  • Storytelling is a way of communication you strongly believe in
  • You enjoy negotiating, and collaborating and are enthusiastic about sharing your ideas
  • You breathe functional leadership through coaching
  • You have experience with the development of complex process architectures and related patterns
  • You have experience with the following methodologies and tools: BPMN Lean/Six Sigma (black belt level), TOGAF, Data analysis, Aris ArchiMate
  • Affinity with making sure Rabobank remains the greatest place to work

This is what we offer you

  • Gross yearly salary up to approximately € 100.000 (scale 11) for a 36-hour work week, based on your skills and experience
  • Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
  • An extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
  • a personal development budget of € 1,400

  • A pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5% or 5,5% and a contribution from Rabobank of 21,5% of your pension base
