You and your job
We are seeking a highly motivated Managing Business Architect to lead the Data & Analytics (D&A) architecture team. As Managing Business Architect, you will fulfill the role of Tribe Architect for the Global Data & Analytics Platform tribe. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Global D&A platform. Of course, you won’t have to do this alone. You will closely collaborate with the Tribe Lead and Tech Domain Manager in the tribe triangle.

Within the architecture domain Engineering and D&A, you will head the business architecture team of Data & Analytics that supports the Global Data & Analytics Platform tribe and Data & Analytics Products & Transformation tribe. You will have the opportunity to grow this team in line with the strategy of the bank.

Practical Examples

• Further develop the target architecture of the global D&A platform with your team, business and IT stakeholders and suppliers;
• As a board member of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Architecture Board you help co-create new iterations of the Enterprise D&A Architecture.
• Work together with data analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to build data and analytics tools that enable us to comply with the responsibilities we have to our customers.

• Setting the vision for our future capabilities needed for our Global Data & Analytics Platform;
• Being part of the tribe triangle and collectively steering and supporting the tribe toward reaching its goals;
• Managing the D&A business architecture team and leading the overall D&A Architecture chapter (consisting of 25+ Solution Architects).

With you, the D&A architecture team will consist of 9 people. Together we set the direction for the capabilities of the Global Data & Analytics Platform and the Data & Analytics Products & Transformation tribes. With the Solution Architects from Tech4D&A, we form the D&A architecture chapter. We collectively believe that architecture should be owned by the teams and we actively work towards this goal. You and your talent

• You know your way around complex problems and organizations and know how to manage your stakeholders through storytelling and negotiation;
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect in a complex and data-driven environment;
• You believe that the best outcomes are achieved together, through close collaboration and honest feedback;
• You clearly demonstrate and take ownership;
• You are a strong strategic thinker and have great problem-solving skills;

This is what we offer you

• Up to approximately €130.000 gross per year, based on your experience and skills (scale SK-A)
• An Employee Benefit Budget (13% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out;
• A personal budget of €1.400 euros per year that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career
• A pension scheme to which you contribute 3,5% or 5,5% and Rabobank 21,5% of your pension base
• 192 holiday hours per year incl. 1 diversity day
• €450 euros to set up a home office that suits your needs and up to €40 net per month home office coverage
• A mobility scheme – you receive a monthly lease budget of €927 for a lease car or can have paid out
