Top 3 Responsibilities

  • As the team's first point of contact, we ensure that we systematically map out Rabobank's maturity in the field of sanction risk management.
  • Looks at the impact of new Rabobank products or external developments on expectations in the field of sanctions risk management.
  • Works closely with the Strategic Coverage Specialist to look at the processes in the group's business units.

As Senior Strategic Sanctions Coverage Lead, your goal is to ensure that we, as Rabobank Group, do everything we should be doing in the field of sanctions. This is challenging because both the organization is evolving as well as the internal and external expectations of Sanctions Risk Management. Geopolitical developments have made sanctions even more important and challenging. Will you help make the entire Rabobank group rock solid?

The Strategic Design and Delivery team is responsible for the future strategic design of the Sanctions organization. The team does not focus on solving individual issues but focuses on the bigger picture. Collaboration is our way of working; as 1 driven team within Rabobank. You & your talent

  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience within a large corporate/corporate environment;
  • Experience in the field of FEC/Sanctions is an advantage;
  • Experience with Audit/Risk Management is an advantage;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing;
  • Resilient and with experience in involving stakeholders at every (senior) level;
  • Moves easily in a corporate environment;
  • Optimistic and able to keep the Coverage Assessment/Maturity Assessment continuously on the agenda of colleagues.

This is what we offer you

  • A gross monthly salary between €5,115.32 and €8,793.26 per month (scale 10 or 11, depending on knowledge and experience);
  • Thirteenth month and 8% holiday pay;
  • Extra budget of 11% of your gross monthly salary that you can spend as you want. Buy extra vacation days, pay extra money into your pension or have part of the budget paid out;
  • A combination of working from home and at the office.
