IT Lead FEC CDD

Do you want to make an impact in the bank’s goal to detect and prevent sanction violations, money laundering and criminal activity in payment transactions? Rabobank is looking for an energetic and motivated IT Lead FEC (Financial and Economic Crime) within the FEC Tech Tribe, with a solid background in complex IT environments and a hands-on mentality. You will be the IT Lead for the FEC Customer Due Diligence Workflow Management (CDD WFM) area, which ensures efficient and proper handling of CDD investigations.  

You and your job

You will fulfil a crucial position by leading the IT teams, enabling them to grow in maturity and to build innovative yet stable and secure IT Solutions. Specifically, you are responsible for managing the IT teams who are working within the CDD WFM Area. These teams develop and maintain a Pega application running in Pega Cloud. The main goal is to create the best experience for our analysts and automate where possible.

• As a tech lead, you will need strong leadership and organizational skills. The IT teams in the FEC Tech Tribe are expanding rapidly and continuously improving their structure and organization in a future proof manner. You will be working closely with the Area Lead and Product Owners, enabling them to develop as a team whilst building innovative IT solutions. 
• Besides working with the Area Lead and Product Owners you will be aligning with Operations, other IT Leads of different areas and senior management. Together we are focused on the development of the FEC Tech Tribe and ensure that the IT Domain works on improving the maturity of the IT Teams and IT Solutions.

The IT Lead of CDD  RNL WFM will be challenged on a regular basis in terms of knowledge and experience. You will need strong people and leadership skills to contribute to team development and organization, whilst using and continuously improving your problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities to ensure the team is building innovative yet stable and secure IT solutions. You will also be working with different stakeholders from within the Tribe, within Operations and within IT, so we expect strong collaboration and communication skills. You can adjust to changing IT demands and a developing working environment and are equipped to contribute to the Tribe’s goal of improving Agile maturity.

You and your talent

For this position, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: 

• An University degree; 
• At least 5 years work experience in comparable roles, within complex IT environments; 
• Knowledge of and experience with working Dev(Sec)Ops and Scaled Agile;
• Knowledge of Pega is a pre
• Experience in facilitating teams in Dev(Sec)Ops and Agile transformation; 
• Experience in software development and maintenance; 
• Experience in building up IT4IT to facilitate and strengthen the teams; 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Dutch and English; 
• Relevant experience in complex data environments, preferably experience in Data & Analytics, modelling and IT;

This is what we offer you

• Up to € 140.000,00 - salary per year incl all benefits based on 40 hours (scale 10/11). (based on experience and knowledge) (ebb, holiday allowance and 13the month)
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance; 
• An extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out; 
• A Budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-; 
• A personal development budget of € 1.400-; 
• A combination of working from home and at the office; 
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport; 
• A pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5%; 
• 172.8 hours holiday per year + 1 Diversity Day per year.
