Join one of the most dynamic environments of the bank! You will be part of a vivid and ambitious team. In this position, your focus will be supporting the Financial Institutions Group, the client owner that provides direct lending to Financial Institutions and Capital Call Facilities to Private Equity Funds.
The end-to-end client lifecycle is relatively complex. Therefore, close cooperation is important with the key stakeholders such as KYC specialists, Operations, Data Management, Markets Client Enablement, Markets Regulatory Data, Legal, Compliance and Credit Risk Management.
You and your job
As an Associate at the Client Office, you work as a delegate of the global client owner. We are looking for senior expertise with a proven background in loans to join the Non-Banks team to support the Capital Call activities. With this focus in mind, we are looking for a self-starting person that can take ownership of the client lifecycle and provide support according to high standards. You have the chance to hone your knowledge and skills, build a strong network and strengthen your personal and professional development.

An average working day
Are you curious about what would be on your to-do list on an average working day? Your role is crucial, as you support the deal captains on FI Lending & Fund Finance transactions in managing the operational aspect of the deals. We facilitate a smooth and efficient workflow by collaborating together with both the front and back offices to execute a variety of tasks like funding locks and limits set-ups. Furthermore, we conduct investigations and resolve issues in close cooperation with the Portfolio Manager.

You and your talent
- University Master's degree with 5+ years of working experience in a complex environment (organization, processes and system infrastructure).
- Banking/Markets Experience with a focus on Lending is a plus
- Knowledge of FI clients and FI processes, in financial markets products and/or KYC/CDD processes is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both writing and speaking
- You are a team player with great communication skills
- Your mind is critical and very analytical, and you work in a problem-solving way
- You are flexible, stress-resilient and understand the needs of your internal stakeholders
- You are currently living and allowed to work in The Netherlands
This is what we offer you
- Employment in scale 9 (up to € 6,131,- gross per month), depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
- an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
