You will be working as a Product Owner in the Area Devices & Applications. The 11 squads in this Area oversee all aspects for all employee journeys and related IT between the employee and the wall outlet. Think of laptops, mobile phones, the delivery of all applications and the IT peripherals. This includes virtual as well as physical workplaces. All services must be delivered with a focus on security & compliance to safeguard the bank.

Our squad Endpoint Security is responsible for the security on the workplace. Together with a squad of engineers, a solution architect and an IT lead, you will be responsible for the further development of the roadmap on workplace security, based on requirements of internal and external stakeholders.

You and your talent

• Academic thinking and working level;
• Experience with initiating, managing and implementing complex products within a large corporate with multi-disciplinary teams; 
• Being able to act in politically sensitive and complex environments with different business partners at diverse levels;
• Strong consulting skills; excellent presentation and advisory skills; 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders, customers, and team members;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing (Dutch native);
• Entrepreneurial and can-do mentality;
• Experienced and certified as PSPO 1 Scrum PO.

This is what we offer you

• monthly salary between €4.292,40 and €7.307,58 --,. (scale 9 or scale 10), depending on knowledge and experience;
• an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
• a combination of working from home and at the office.
