Senior Business Analyst Product Governance

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Solution Architect mindset and focus on Product Governance.

The goal is to implement a global tool to support Product Governance. In this role you will work in close partnership with the business to translate business requirements into the technical requirements the new tool will need to provide. You will also align with the Architecture team to ensure a holistic tooling implementation in the organization. In the later phase, you will participate in the implementation and roll-out of the IT solution.  

You and your talent

• 10+ years of experience in IT, Business, consulting domain, focusing on architecting solutions of strategic importance to their organization/clients in financial services industry.
• Understanding of Product Governance in banking and financial services providers
• Experience in tool implementation and roll-out
• Experience as solution architect (or functional architect with information systems technical architecture skills) in formulation, execution and rollout of cohesive solutions for business or IT transformation initiatives in banking domain
• Experience with data modelling
• You have a helicopter view: overseeing a wide domain and any consequences certain (design) decisions have
• On the other hand you are not afraid to ‘get your hands dirty’ and become involved in complex analysis and implementation questions
• Process thinking
• Good communicator: ability to talk to senior management, business experts as well as developers and other team members
• You have a pro-active mind-set and you take ownership

This is what we offer you

• a gross monthly salary between €4.068,- and €5.811 (scale 9, 36 hours per week (40 hours possible)). 
• 13th month and holiday pay: as of January 1, 2023, the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
• an Employee Benefit Budget (13% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
• an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.
• a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
• a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
