You and your job
As a Commercial Lead Agriculture Exchange Africa, you can make a difference by coordination the sales process of our tech driven smallholder lending solutions towards financial institutions in emerging economies. Rabo Partnerships Advisory Services and Inclusive Venture Building supports banks, governments and farmers organizations by designing and executing consultancy trajectories. As a Commercial Lead Agriculture Exchange Africa you are responsible for managing commercial success and impact of our Agriculture Exchange Proposition in Africa. You will contract Financial Institutions and so work towards lending to Smallholder farmers and their Value Chain partners in emerging economies. We currently offer services to banks in East and West Africa and India and aim to grow our offering rapidly towards a total of USD 1 bln of loans disbursed to smallholders, input providers and offtakers by our partners.

You and your talent

Customer focus, project management, impact and excellent relationship management skills are clearly essential for the role of Project Manager Advisory Services. In addition, it's important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:

• Master degree, preferably the area of agriculture and business/economics;
• 10+ Years of relevant international banking experience, including emerging and developing economies experience;
• Experience in agricultural banking and Agri value chains in emerging economies;
• Excellent sales skills and relationship management/ networking skills;
• Ability to adapt and improvise;
• Fluent in English and preferably a third language such as Spanish or French;
• Positively inclined towards international travelling up to 30% of your time;
• Exposure to Fintech and Agtech in emerging market settings is a plus.

This is what we offer you

• up to € 8.793 gross per month (scale 11, 36h/week)
• a thirteenth month and holiday pay
• an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash payout
