As a DevOps Engineer you can make a difference

Within the Tribe Data & Analytics you will work in the centre of the data driven enterprise. The tribe contains 6 area’s: 

  • Global Data Platform 
  • Analytics Platform 
  • Data & Factory Services 
  • Data Science  
  • Business Intelligence 
  • Customer Analytics 

For about 40 squads are divided over these areas. We need your help to design, build and run data governance solutions that are as valuable to our customers. 

You will be responsible for
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with the ability to build high-quality solutions that fit the needs of our stakeholders. As a DevOps Engineer, you play a crucial role in crafting, delivering and maintaining those solutions, in line with organisational and architectural standards. 

Additionally to that, you: 

  • Proactively participate in a multidisciplinary DevOps team where you challenge and debate the decisions of your team members on the presented solutions; 
  • Take responsibility and ownership in suggesting the best practices regarding dependency and risk management; 
  • Are eager to know more about banking processes, our stakeholders, and their needs; 
  • Proactively participate in reflection moments to improve our collaboration, processes, value delivery and goals, on both product and team level. 

Experience

Above all we are looking for a new colleague with an insatiable curiosity in data, technology and self-development on a medior level. We don’t look for the sheep with the 5 legs. We believe that if you are a good engineer language doesn’t matter although we do understand everyone has preferences. There is absolutely no need to thick all of below mentioned boxes, but it gives you a good understanding on which technology/frameworks/languages we use: 

  • Development, implementation and maintenance of Azure Pipelines (yaml)
  • Expertise in using appropriate APIs/REST APIs. 
  • Python or similar scripting language (to be used in pipelines) experience is a must 
  • Ability to interact with Business and Technical stakeholders. 
  • Experience with identity providers (IDP, ADFS)
  • Experience administration Windows
  • General cloud knowledge
  • Experience with ITIL (incident, change, vulnerabilities management)
  • Experience with tools like ARIS or other process management tools is a plus

Of course, it is a plus if you have experience in the DataManagement workfield.

  • Based on your experience: up to € 6130,- gross per month (scale 9)
  • Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance

  • a desk, monitor and chair to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40- 
  • a personal development budget of € 1,400- 
  • a combination of working from home and at the office 
  • 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport 
  • A pension scheme to which you contribute 5.5% 
  • 172.8 hours holiday per year
