Continuous Service Delivery engineer  

We are looking for a technical profile that has previous experience in administration/configuration of a Service Management platform to help us deliver high quality services to the Rabobank organization.

The candidate should have history with working and configuring ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes in any Service Management platform and should have general knowledge of IT (Information Technology) Organization Service Delivery Models.

This is a full DevOps role, so a history of Service Support and evidence of technical skills e.g., coding languages and platform configuration skills, would be desirable.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior-Level Service Delivery Platform Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

· Platform Administration and Configuration: Administering and configuring our Service Management Platform to ensure the efficient delivery of services to Rabobank Service Delivery.

· ITIL Process Implementation: Utilizing your experience in configuring ITIL processes within a Service Management Platform, contributing to the alignment of IT services with business needs. Redesign processes for better efficiency, visibility, and control.

· Cloud Platform Transition: Experience with transitioning from one Service Management Platform to another on the cloud, including data migration and process optimization.

· Relational Database Administration: Nice-to-have experience administering a relational database, particularly a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solution.

· DevOps Collaboration: Collaborating within a DevOps environment, actively participating in the development, testing, and deployment of platform configurations.

· Technical Skills: platform administration abilities, including coding languages and platform configuration abilities like JS, YAML, etc.

· Technical Support: Offering technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure platform stability.

· Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

· Running on call duty (24x7) on rotation

As a DevOps Engineer within the Area Engineering Journey, you are at the cradle of a huge change. You will have an influence on the way each Engineer works within Rabobank. That is why we are looking for motivated DevOps Engineers who want to continuously improve the experience of Rabobank Engineers. Open Source software has to trigger you and AWS/Azure/Cloud Foundry are familiar to you. It's nice if you're Full Stack, but the focus will be on Front End. Knowledge of the Open Source package Backstage is very welcome.

About the Area

The Area Engineering Journey makes all the difference for the Engineer. The tools and services that Engineers use must be easy to find, reusable, and compliant by design. This allows the Engineer to focus on creating beautiful solutions. We are actively working on setting up a Service Store that makes it easy to find, use, and reuse Rabobank-wide IT Services. We are working on a Radar for direct insight into those Services, and focus on the communities for the right input and feedback.

Profile

Demonstrable affinity and passion for digitization and Cloud technology;

This is what we offer you  

• Up to a yearly gross salary incl all benefits €100.000,00 (scale 9) (based on work experience) (and 40 hours)
