Will you give direction to the next phase of transition by developing a sound and structured transition program towards a new FEC Target Operating Model?

You and your job
The new organizational structure and governance of Rabobank’s Global FEC domain has led to clear demarcation of roles and responsibilities and improved segregation of duties. In 2024 and onwards, the ambition is to further simplify the organization and enhance the integration all relevant FEC activities under the global responsibility of the CFECO. As the Transition Manager Global FEC Governance, your role is to take the lead in the next phase of transition by developing a sound and structured transition programme towards a new FEC Target Operating Model. In doing this, you take into account the fact that FEC is still in state of remediation and within the frames provided by e.g. relevant (industry) standards and regulatory requirements, the global FEC organizational design principles, the Global FEC Strategy 2024-2027 and the governance framework for Simplify @ Scale. Do you enjoy complex problem-solving, are you a seasoned stakeholder manager and do you have a clear vision on how to further improve the global FEC governance? Then the role of Transition Manager Global FEC Governance is for you.

Together we achieve more than alone
We believe in the power of difference. Bringing people's differences together is what makes us an even better bank. Therefore, we are very curious about what you can bring to our team at Global FEC Governance.

"The Global FEC Governance team is a senior management advising team in formation with a solid mission and ambition. Our key priorities have been the design of a Global FEC Internal Governance Framework, the roll-out of a new committee structure and designing a process for monitoring and oversight on governance related topics and deliverables. With these groundwork initiatives in place, we are ready to make the next step towards designing the operating model of the future that enables global FEC to effectively transition to BAU post-remediation and to deliver on its strategic objectives.” Emilie van der Spil, Head of Global FEC Strategy & Governance
