Your contribution will be essential in progressing Rabobank as a ‘Rock Solid Bank’.
Analysis and modelling of strong and efficient data-driven processes that deliver insights and support to Rabobank’s Business Units at the right moment and challenge them proactively when aligning processes.
You and your job
Model, align and improve processes within CreditCore Tribe and focus on the interaction between CreditCore Tribe and Rabobank’s Business Units using the Credit Journey as the platform for communication will be at the core of your activities.
Practical Examples
- Delivering Target Operating Models on various topics like Sustainable Financing Framework, Credit Risk Parameters, Leveraged Transactions, Write-Offs, Collateral Management
- Supporting squads in process analysis signaling improvement opportunities.
- Delivering a standardized process environment for Tribe CreditCore relevant processes using ARIS and work on Tribe to BU interactions and improvements
- Taking ownership of a (regulatory) change Implementation Process that should be lean, no-nonsense and guiding people in getting things done on a first-time-right basis

Top 3 responsibilities
Defining Topic-based (Global Standard, Global Procedure) Target Processes that stretch across Area’s, Department, Tribes and Business Units
- Work with the Tribe’s delivery Squads to produce actual products, being it a data-services, golden source documents, training/communication
- Creating & maintaining Aris process models stretching from delivery specific content to supporting processes
- Supporting the Continuous Improvement cycle for Tribe and Business Units

You and your talents
Service orientation, creativity, agility, an analytical mindset and being a team player with strong communication as well as coordination skills are clearly essential for this role. Professionals with a credit background and the drive to improve the bank are encouraged to react.
In addition, you can convince us with the following skills:
- You have a Master or Bachelor’s degree ideally in business, banking, finance, economics or IT
- You’ve shown the ability to structure ideas or projects.
- You are pro-active and have a proven track record in initiating improvements
- The ability to quickly learn process modelling tools like MS-Visio and ARIS. Experience in this field is a plus.
- As a Bank with international footprint excellent oral and written communication skills in English is mandatory
- You are highly communicative, have a cooperative spirit and you lead by example
- You are creative by nature and have shown to solve problems by a practical approach
- You are service minded and have a ‘can-do’ attitude in a large complex organizational setting and you can show that by experience
This is what we offer you
- A salary between €3.518,06 and € 5.811,03 (compensation grade 8 or 9) based on knowledge and experience;
- A thirteenth month and holiday allowance;
- An Employee Benefit Budget (10% or 11 % of your monthly salary, depending on grading);
- Flexible working times and location-independent working;
- A pension scheme for which you can opt for a flexible personal contribution
