Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing customized PAM solutions. 
• Leading technical workshops and providing advice to clients on PAM.
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand the needs and requirements for PAM solutions.
• Conducting risk analyses and developing strategies for managing privileged access.
• Guiding the implementation team and ensuring successful integration of solutions.

The 17 people in CyberArk team in the PAM department. We support the CyberArk platform for all of Rabobank.. Working together is the way we work; as a passionate, problem-solving, technical team at Rabobank.

You and your talent

• Solution Architecture Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Solution Architect, specifically in Privileged Access Management, with a track record of successful implementations.
• CyberArk Expertise: Knowledge and hands-on experience with CyberArk solutions, particularly in designing and implementing them in complex environments (this is an advantage).
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Consultative Leadership: Experience in leading technical workshops and providing consultative services, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs in PAM.
• PAM Solution Design and Implementation: Expertise in customizing and deploying PAM solutions.
• Collaboration and Client Engagement: Skilled in working collaboratively with internal teams and clients to comprehend needs and requirements for effective PAM solutions.
• Risk Management and Strategy Development: Capability to conduct risk analyses and develop comprehensive strategies for managing privileged access.
• Implementation Guidance: Experience in guiding and overseeing the implementation team to ensure successful integration and functionality of the solutions.

This is what we offer you

• Up to €110k per year, based on 40 hours per week and all in (depending on experience (scale 10).
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
• an extra budget of 10% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
• a budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-
• a personal development budget of € 1,400-
• a combination of working from home and at the office
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport
• A pension scheme to which you contribute 5.5%
