You and your job
As a Client Support Officer you can make a difference by providing advice to Relationship Managers concerning system possibilities and managing and accounting risks. You support the front office in the implementation of the transactions. They have all the information and knowledge which is needed to service the Wholesale & Rural Europe & Africa clients and (delegated) client owners. The outstanding position is for the Energy Transition & Circularity, High Tech & Digital and Transport & Mobility team team.

Get results

  • Maintaining independently contact with clients and all Rabobank departments on operational issues regarding the Energy Transition & Circularity, High Tech & Digital and Transport & Mobility team portfolio and acting as a first point of contact for questions and complaints;
  • Managing, analysing and reporting on client limits and approving financial overruns;
  • Provide commercial and managerial support to internal and external client processes and act as an advisor with respect to credit- and product related issues and translation of client wishes.

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Be responsible for gathering legal client documentation in cooperation with Legal and play a role in facilitating the credit process and the information sharing and cooperation between front- and back-office;
  • Gather/ provide information for day-to-day insights in client position (limits/ utilization);
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients on process issues, provide answers and/or solve complaints.

The 9 people in the Energy Transition & Circularity, High Tech & Digital and Transport & Mobilityteam are aiming to achieve smooth processes and swift execution of transactions for our Energy Transition & Circularity, High Tech & Digital and Transport & Mobility team Clients. You and your talent

  • Professional and intellectual ability on wo level;
  • You have banking or financial work experience;
  • You have a strong analytical capacity with legal knowledge and/or affinity;
  • You are pro-active and do have a hands-on mentality and be part of the team to support and offer the best excellent service to our customers;
  • > 1 year of customer support/client facing experience;
  • Experience in the analysis of corporate customers and managing deal processes is preferred;
  • Knowledge in the areas of lending, structuring complex financing, credit risk management and loan documentation is preferred;
  • Fluently written and verbal communication in English and Dutch is required.

This is what we offer you

  • Scale 7/8 (€ 3.179,- until € 5.300,-), based on your knowledge and experience;
  • a thirteenth month and holiday pay;
  • an Employee Benefit Budget (10% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash payout.
