Risk Control Partner Reporting

Imagine contributing to the battle against Financial Economic Crime (FEC) worldwide and Rabobank’s licence to operate by improving the quality and consistency of the Risk Reporting activities of the FEC domain. As Risk Control Partner Reporting you are responsible for ensuring FEC continuously improves its risk related reporting lines.

You and your job

As a Risk Control Partner Reporting you build and improve Risk Report in a dynamic context. You facilitate the incorporation of all aspects of the Risk Management into the reporting lines of the FEC departments. As a result of these activities the management of the CFECO domain is advised, supported and challenged to become and stay demonstrably in control of their operational risks.

You are together with the team responsible for the continuous improvement of the quality and consistency of the Risk Reporting Lines and therefore ensuring FEC continuously improves its risk related reporting lines. You will provide the senior management with overall insights in risk developments, control effectiveness, finding progress, incidents and providing expertise. You will do this together with the first and second line risk experts and other stakeholders.     

Practical Examples

• Building, executing, validating and safeguarding a high-quality risk reports for the Global CFECO domain;
• Ensuring consistent reporting throughout the domain and taking care of the overall reporting, which meets the needs of senior management;
• In consultation with the team you will managed the quarterly Risk Report (IRR) for the CFECO departments, the Risk Report (ORR) and the FEC Risk Profiles report for the complete FEC Domain.
• support process, requirements and implementation of relevant changes in the reporting process – usually with/via the RCP – to the FEC departments globally;
• Reporting on the associated Model Risk and Data Management.

The 15 people in department FLR Center of Expertise & Reporting (CoE) are responsible for the continuous improvement of the quality and consistency of the Risk & Control Activities of the CFECO domain, including reporting and including W&R and Subsidiaries. You and your talent

We are looking for someone who can manage the process, built an (information) network and has excellent writing / reporting skills. Someone who wants to take the FEC risk reporting to a higher level with a team of enthusiastic experts.

• WO bachelor in a relevant field like economic or business studies;
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with risk management, preferably in Financial Economic Crime;
• Experience with senior stakeholder management, high organizational sensitivity, integrity and reporting to senior management;
• Preferably, you have a network or background within Rabobank;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, verbal and written (Native English speaking/writing is a plus);
• Social skills are above average, connect easily and can formulate clearly and to the point;
• Above all; you have a positive presence, and you are eager and a fast learner and team player.

This is what we offer you

• Up to € 6.926,62 gross per month (salary scale 9/10, depending on experience);
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance.
• An extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
• We support hybrid working , generally working in the office 1-2 days a week.
