FCC Officer Internal and Regulatory Investigations
As a FCC Officer Internal and Regulatory Investigations you are part of a dynamic team of compliance professionals to coordinate internal and regulatory investigations and Speak Up cases (our whistleblowing channel) within Rabobank’s Internal and Regulatory Investigations (IRI) department
A position in which you act on a global mandate to contribute to an environment in which one can safely report concerns which are not aligned with Rabobank cooperative values and follow-up to prevent misconduct. A responsibility with impact, with which you can make a difference in protecting the reputation and integrity of the Bank.
You & your function
On a day-to-day basis, you will have a variety of tasks, including the triage, analysis, management and monitoring of reports on misconduct and irregularities. You will be participating in working groups and are responsible for data analysis and reporting. You, as part of the IRI team, are the first point of contact of the global Speak Up network.
Examples of your day-to-day activities
Participate in Bureau Speak Up/Just Ask and contribute to issue resolution;
Support individuals in giving voice to their concerns;
Conduct investigations, incl. reporting to management;
Contribute to effective Speak Up (whistleblowing) processes.

Top responsibilities
Assist colleagues in discussing/clarifying issues and advise on how individuals can best raise and constructively resolve issues;
Review and advise on (global) policies and procedures on whistleblowing, taking local legislation into consideration. Implement and embed changes to strategy, policies and procedures into the operations;
Signal possible future risks and advise on possibilities to prevent misconduct and irregularities from happening;
Coordinate the external trusted person and regional Speak Up contacts network;
Conduct (global) investigations, including determining the scope of investigations, advising on next steps, analyzing data, managing governance aspects and preparing reports and remediation steps;
Cooperate with other departments to perform or oversee investigations and monitor remediation efforts.
You will be part of the IRI team, which is one of the 6 teams of the global Financial Crime Compliance department within the Compliance domain of Rabobank Group. One of the most dynamic departments of the bank. Compliance has a key role in the promotion and safeguarding of the integrity as well as the reputation of Rabobank Group.

You & your talent
At least 5 -10 years relevant working experience, for example in relation to whistleblowing programs or investigations of potential integrity issues and misconduct;
Strong stakeholder management- and communication skills;
Focus on good collaboration, demonstrating ownership, being result driven and strong judgement & decision-making skills;
Experience with working in a complex environment that handles confidential information;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Dutch.
This is what we offer you
Scale 10 or 11, depending on your knowledge and experience. With a maximum of € 8.334,84;
Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance;
An extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out;
A personal budget of € 1.400,- to spend on activities related to your personal development and career;
A €750,- budget to set up your home workplace and up to € 40,- for working from home allowance per month;
