During the Young Professional Program IT (also known as YPPIT) at Rabobank you work on your career one day a week by following technical training, or you work on your personal development. You develop talents you didn’t know you had and we are given the space to discover for yourself what you are good at and what you like. And then? Everything you learn in the training courses can immediately be put into practice, because the other 4 days you work in your starter position as a Junior Business Intelligence Developer . Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will become a specialist in your field in no time. In addition, in the program you will work together with the team on 2 business challenges on themes such as the cooperative energy transition. 

Create important information products to contribute to the highest level of decision-making at the bank. Our products are used by more than 15,000 users worldwide in various domains of the bank, providing new tactical and strategic options. Leveraging your and your team's expertise, derive tangible value from (digital) client processes and market data, and convert them into actionable insights. In addition to enhancing our commercial effectiveness, operational efficiency, and 9+ customer experience rating, we also drive digital transformation. As a Junior Business Intelligence developer, you will be part of a team of 100 professionals, consisting of BI analysts, full-stack developers, and BI developers.

Your development as a professional
To become the specialist in your professional field, in the Young Professional Program IT 1 day a week you mainly attend training courses that that support your talent development. The courses are often given by experienced colleagues or trainers with a track record. You and your talent

• a bachelor or master degree, or an equivalent working / thinking level

• affinity with software development, and already some experience with Microsoft BI and Azure

• excellent proficiency in English
