Process Lead Business Change

Imagine playing a leading role in coordinating and implementing the significant regulatory and IT change agenda in Wholesale Region Europe & Africa. Change is all around us: we try to do things better and more simple every day. It’s a challenge to implement change, optimise processes, execute projects in time, in budget and gain in efficiency as well. Are you the person we are looking for?

You and your job
As a Process Lead you like to work in an international environment with different stakeholders. You will be responsible for the modelling/optimizing of processes and execution of projects. Important part of every project is to do things more efficient and move to one way of working in Wholesale Region Europe & Africa.

You will be part of the Business Change Team, an experienced team that supports the Commercial and Support teams in the implementation of (global) programs and projects. The team has all the knowledge and network which is needed to efficiently drive change in the Region Europe & Africa. The team is part of the Client Support & Change team within Wholesale Region Europe & Africa.

  • Understand the way of working and find bottlenecks/ways to do things better
  • Be in control of implementations is important, we expect you to deliver in time and with high quality
  • Bring together all key stakeholders, pro-actively find solutions and build strong relationships

Be the natural leader in executing change, be the sparring partner for your direct team members and for senior management of Region E&A. You know how to escalate by providing management with solid, fact based and to the point information. And as a Business Change Team, we continuously improve ourselves and everyone around us, so we expect you to be creative and bring up ideas of what we as a Region and our stakeholders can do better. This is how you share your talent for 36 hours a week as Process Lead.

The Business Change Team (10-12 FTE) can't wait to meet you. Now it's your turn to make them stronger in process management in Region Europe & Africa. Top 3 responsibilities

  • Taking overall responsibility for modelling existing and new processes to support implementation of our change agenda.
  • Making sure that activities and deliverables are carried out effectively and according to your designed way of working
  • Be available for as first line point of contact and knowledge owner

In your role, you will report to Mirjam Riedel, Head of Business Change E&A.

You and your talent

  • Professional and intellectual ability on university level
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience: > 2 years in process management and > 2 years of customer support/client facing experience
  • Knowledge of Lean, Agile and Prince2
  • Excellent Powerpoint skills
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English is required
  • Process & results oriented: ability to structure, coordinate and organise
  • Strong initiative and drive, team player with international affinity.
  • Effective stakeholder management & communication
  • You have to live in the Netherlands.

This is what we offer you

  • Up to € 5,811 (scale 9) gross per month, 36 hours a week
  • EBB of 11%, 13th month and holiday allowance (8%)
  • flexible working times and location-independent working
