Product Owner W&R / Treasury Integration Support

Imagine how your organizational skills and stakeholder management will contribute to the vision of Rabobank’s Data Driven Regulatory and External Reporting. You will ensure with the squad that the reporting is done with top quality to meet the interest of both the Rabobank clients, stakeholders and supervisors and contribute to our future way of reporting. The Agile way of working in the department requires a flexible attitude, to be innovative and to be able to work in a structured manner.

You and your job
•    You develop and execute the product vision and strategy for the squad.
•    You are a team player who creates, facilitates and inspires a high performing team focused on achieving the best results together.
•    You are in the lead of monitoring progress and meeting deadlines while working with stakeholders to ensure timely reporting. 
•    You ensure we contribute to the future way of reporting, align within the reporting chain for strategic and structural solutions and choices and/or temporary tactical solutions and choices.
•    You are able to grow and utilize your network within the bank to operate the platform and changes required to be able to deliver our critical reports based on the tactical solution.

Top 5 responsibilities
•    Develop and maintain the strategic tooling together with other Product Owners both inside and outside the Tribe.
•    Work with an international and diversified team to ensure continuity.
•    Owning and maintaining the squad backlog and determine the priority setting across the product management/business, technology, architecture and data chapters.
•    Stakeholder management within the whole reporting chain of the Rabobank.
•    Translation of the external reporting requirements to data requirements.

You and your talent 
•    You have experience or strong affinity with complex regulatory requests.
•    You have at least 5-10 years of experience in finance and regulatory reporting.
•    You have a good track record in change management.
•    You are good at perceiving needs and formulating pragmatic follow-up actions. 
•    You encourage collaboration.
•    You want to get better every day.
•    You have good communication skills in English.
•    Knowledge of ABACUS360 is a +
 
This is what we offer you 

•    Up to € 6.926,62 gross per month (scale 10) depending on your level of experience.
•    A personal development budget of € 1,400.
•    A combination of working from home and at the office.
