You and your job
Within the Tribe Credit Analytics, our squads are on a mission to craft new, sophisticated calculators for credit risk (PD, LGD, EAD), pricing (RAROC), and capital (RWA), designed to cater to Rabobank's entire corporate credit portfolio. These calculators play pivotal roles in a multitude of critical processes, from streamlining loan sales and approval procedures within our business units to powering end-of-month batch calculations, essential for Capital reporting, IFRS9 compliance, and stress testing.
What sets this opportunity apart is the dynamic nature of our work – the credit risk models we create are in a perpetual state of evolution, adapting to IRB redevelopments and the ever-changing Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) under Basel IV. Collaborating closely with our Area Business Architect, Tech Lead, DevOps teams, Product Owners, and fellow Solution Architects, you will be at the forefront of realizing the architecture of our Corporate & Rural credit risk models. Practical Examples
Translate business and IT requirements into functional architectural designs, aligned with area business architect and the responsible squads and coordinate the overall design and implementation.
Communicate and explain credit risk models, business functions & processes to stakeholders in a complex chain environment.
Controlling role in the implementation of functional designs and managing deviations.

Education & Expertise: Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in IT-Finance or a relevant field, with proven Solution Architect experience in complex environments.
IT Architecture Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in IT architecture principles, including enhancing IT service continuity.
Regulatory & Compliance: Translate regulatory requirements into effective IT solutions for business support.
Architectural Skills: Practical experience in architectural methods, techniques, and service-oriented architectures.
Enterprise Experience: Work history within large organizations with complex technological landscapes.
Strategic Vision & Communication: Possess a "helicopter view" to oversee domain-wide implications, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Adaptive Communication & Persuasion: Ability to adjust communication to different audiences and influence others with an open mindset.
Language Proficiency & Residency: Strong proficiency in English (both oral and written), preferably in Dutch, and currently reside and work in the Netherlands for an extended period.
This is what we offer you.
up to € 8.111,- gross monthly salary (scale 10/11)
13th month and holiday pay: as of January 1, 2023, the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-
100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.
a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
