During the Young Professional Program IT (also known as YPPIT) at Rabobank you work on your career one day a week by following technical training, or you work on your personal development. You develop talents you didn’t know you had, and we are given the space to discover for yourself what you are good at and what you like. And then? Everything you learn in the training courses can immediately be put into practice, because the other 4 days you work in your starter position as a Junior Business Analyst. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will become a specialist in your field in no time. In addition, in the program you will work together with the team on 2 business challenges.
As a Junior Business Analyst, you can make a difference by your ability:
To help your product owner exploring possibilities and giving him hands-on assistance.
To translate the integration needs in well-defined user stories and detailed interface specifications and designs.
To share and explain the specifications with our near-shore and/or offshore development teams.
To maintain a good working relationship with the colleagues in our multi-national team and global stakeholders.
To grow during this process and become a future Business Analyst in the wholesale and rural environment

Your development as a professional
To become the specialist in your professional field, in the Young Professional Program IT 1 day a week you mainly attend training courses that that support your talent development. The courses are often given by experienced colleagues or trainers with a track record. You build your network, gain valuable experience and develop skills which will be of use to you later in your career.

You and your talent
A bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent working / thinking level
Affinity with software development, and already some experience with PL/SQL
Excellent proficiency in English
