During the Young Professional Program IT (also known as YPPIT) at Rabobank you work on your career one day a week by following technical training, or you work on your personal development. You develop talents you didn’t know you had and we are given the space to discover for yourself what you are good at and what you like. And then? Everything you learn in the training courses can immediately be put into practice, because the other 4 days you work in your starter position as a Business Analyst. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will become a specialist in your field in no time. In addition, in the program you will work together with the team on 2 business challenges on themes such as the cooperative energy transition.

As a Business Analyst  

• Your responsibility will be to advise on potential AML risks or opportunities in the AML processes in our applications. 
• You are able to access the process from analyses to design, build and deployment from a Risk based perspective 
• You understand the AML related needs of the bank and are able to translate these into procedures and opportunities for our development team 
• You are functionally strong and very analytical 
• You have an intrinsic drive to keep on developing yourself and develop new specialties 
• You’ll be a team player and need to be flexible, curious, investigative and you’re not afraid to take ownership

• After which you will continue to work with us as Business Analyst
• Hours per week: 40

Your development as a young professional
To become the specialist in your professional field, in the Young Professional Program IT 1 day a week you mainly attend training courses that that support your talent development. The courses are often given by experienced colleagues or trainers with a track record. You build your network, gain valuable experience and develop skills which will be of use to you later in your career.

• Academic background/level  
• Knowledge of banking processes, administrative organization and IT solutions. 
• Knowledge & Experience in banking products

This is a selection of the terms of employment for a AML Business Analyst based on a 40-hour working week.
