So that we can maximize the amount of relevant and valuable user interactions.
Our purpose is to guide visitors to select & buy the right product and offer instant, first-time-right service using these products. Also, we want to engage our customers by proving the added value of the cooperative Rabobank in our digital journeys. For example by sharing our knowledge on multiple platforms. Or by creating a membership tab where we share our contribution to society and where members are able to start participating in these membership initiatives.
With several squads our area works on 3 topics:
Platformmanagement Rabo Global Sites where we unify all Rabo content. As platform owner it is our task to make the variety of content accessible in a modern, brand consistent, user-friendly and scalable way.
Rabo App and Rabo Business Banking: we deliver several tabs and hubs in app, like products, hulp, settings, knowledge and the memberhub. This way we support each customer journey in an efficient way and make sure that content and features can be used in all our platforms.
Content services that ensure findability, content quality, and supports each step of the content editor's workflow. We create for example the search for web and app, implement content quality tooling and improve our content management system.
As Product Owner Guide and Engage you are working with a team of eager professionals that you inspire. In this multi-disciplinary team you work with software engineers, business analysts and designers that will go the extra mile to by creating the secure, stable, relevant and frictionless digital environment that sparks returning customer visits and fuels cross-sell. For example by delivering a new navigation feature that improves the findability of content and features. Or manage the orientation and decision phase of the buying journey in the Rabo App.
Your top 3 responsibilities
- Know the needs of users and translate them into working solutions together with your multidisciplinary squad.
- Connect with different levels e.g. senior management, stakeholders, product owners, and members of your team about the value of your product. Really balance all the stakes and make challenging choices while also maintaining the relationship with our stakeholders.
- Achieve tangible business value results (e.g. a vision on the product, implemented customer journey or product features) with your team in a sprint rhythm.
You & Your Talent
- You have a high level of professional and intellectual ability (HBO/university level).
- You have at least 8 years of relevant work experience in a product management role or similar.
- You have digital DNA, are agile, and have proven experience in developing software in agile-scrum teams.
- You have experience in stakeholder management preferably within large organizations.
- You have a helicopter view and make connections quickly.
- You are a problem solver and know how to implement these.
- You communicate clearly to your colleagues and stakeholders.

We offer you
- Up to € 6.741,24 gross per month (scale 10) and a 13th-month payment.
- An Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly income, every month). How you use this budget is up to you. Think of, for example, buying extra vacation days or making an extra contribution to your pension.
- Like many, we at Rabobank have found that work does not necessarily have to be done in a certain space and within certain hours. That is why we continue to work hybrid at Rabobank. You discuss with your team and manager how often and for what purpose you want to meet physically in for example Utrecht. This is a new way of working within Rabobank in which the best of both worlds come together. The benefits of working from home and the benefits of working from a RaboHouse.
Since we work hybrid, it is necessary that you live in the Netherlands. For this vacancy, the Dutch language is necessary both orally and in writing.
