You and your future
During the Young Engineering Professional Program (also known as YEPP) at Rabobank you work on your career one day a week by following a technical track, or you work on your personal development. You develop talents you didn’t know you had and we are given the space to discover for yourself what you are good at and what you like. And then? Everything you learn in the training courses can immediately be put into practice, because the other 4 days you work in your starter position as a Junior Pega DevOps Engineer . Under the guidance of experienced colleagues , you will become a specialist in your field in no time. In addition, in the program you will work together with the team on 2 business challenges on themes such as the cooperative energy transition.  

Working as a Pega DevOps Engineer within a squad where business and IT collaborate closely to make a difference in the way Rabobank engages with its customers and to become the driving force behind excellent customer experiences. Together with your squad members you will be responsible to create seamless journeys with Pega technology in the cloud for both our customers and our employees. You will get the opportunity to contribute and work with the newest developments in the market and develop your knowledge and skills to the maximum extent possible.

Examples

• Develop and maintain state of the art software product, take end to end ownership over your product.
• Test and solve product incidents, contribute to team development and to development of your own in a continuous improvement environment.

Your development

To become the specialist in your professional field, in the Young Engineering Professional Program 1 day a week you mainly attend training courses that that support your talent development. The courses are often given by experienced colleagues or trainers with a track record. You build your network, gain valuable experience and develop skills which will be of use to you later in your career.

You and your talent

• a bachelor or master degree, or an equivalent working / thinking level
• affinity with IT, and preferably certified Pega CSSA
• excellent proficiency in English
• Experience in working Agile and Scrum
• Analytical and problem solving mindset
• Focus on continuously improving yourself and your team

This is a selection of the terms of employment for a Junior Pega DevOps Engineer based on a 40-hour working week.
