You are b eing the driving force behind the cloud-first journey of Rabobank! This r equir es a fresh vision on application management in a cloud setti ng: SaaS m anagement.  

 

Within our Area Customer Engagement we take SaaS management very serious and we believe that managing a SaaS is more than just paying the monthly bill and giving users access to the application . Therefore we created our own SaaS maturity model that helps us in reaching our ultimate goal : being in control with our SaaS solutions in the broadest sense and getting the most out of the SaaS for the Rabobank .  

 

Our SaaS solutions currently support thousands of Rabobank employees to provide a seamless customer journey. We currently maintain more than 10 (and growing) SaaS solution . This enables more than 100 feature teams. In effect, your work will touch the total digital presence of Rabobank !  

 

You are essential in challenging the vendors to comply with the high security and compliancy policies of the Rabobank. You also guid e and support teams in making use of the wide range of SaaS capabilities with in the Rabobank landscape.  

 

You and your role  

Your role will be to onboard the new and manage the existing SaaS solutions and make sure they are compliant with all the Rabobank rules and regulatory standards . You will optimize the usage of the SaaS solutions in the field of customer engagement .   

 

Practical examples :  

• We recently selected and onboarded new SaaS solutions and took care of its technical integration within the Rabobank environment  

• We make sure the existing SaaS solutions are comp liant to all security, privacy and regulatory standards  

• We m anag e and report on usage and costs of SaaS solutions  

• We onboard new users to access properly configured tooling  

• We get the most out of the solution by enabling s tandardization , education, configuration and integration  

• We keep in close touch with the SaaS vendors by means of frequent collaboration : discussing solutions, roadmaps, new features, support and other matters agreed on  

• We collaborate and self-organize daily in our Agile team to reach our goals  

• We keep a n eye on application performance and availability; be the first to spot downtime and set incident resolution in motion  

 

T he SaaS solutions are focussed around Customer feedback management , digital ana lytic s and other market ing and Corporate communication tooling. As more SaaS solutions will enter our Area also the number of SaaS engineers will grow.

At Customer Engagement we enable personalised and relevant communication with our customers. We create and maintain self-service communication channels, so that our internal stakeholders can reach the customer at the right time and in the right channel.   

 

You will be a member of a n Agile squad that partially has focus on SaaS m anagement and driving SaaS maturity. The team will consist of like-minded people with a focus on solutions and broadly developed expertise . We're looking for a SaaS e ngineer who can work well within a squad, is pro-active and takes ownership .  

 

You and your talent  

You are a strong relationship builder. You have got a passion for cloud, technology and being in control of (IT) risk .  

 

I t i s important that you bring the following skills:  

• Educated at Bachelor/Master level with a strong analytical background in IT  

• Demonstrable relevant IT experience  

• Experience in working with IT risk frameworks and risk control (ISO, SOC)  

• Experience in vendor management  

• You are a self-organizing team player  

• You take great pride in delivering a very wide scope of solutions, leveraging the capabilities from our vendors

• Based on your experience: up to € 5655,- gross per month (scale 9)

• a budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-
