Within the area Treasury - ALM we are on the lookout for a Business Analyst who will be the linchpin of our IT implementation squads, focusing on the optimization of processes and landscape surrounding QRM, Rabobank's premier risk calculator.

Your mission? To enhance insights into managing the balance sheet of Rabobank. You'll have the opportunity to pick up a lead role, guiding and managing relevant stakeholders throughout this transformative process. Your deliverables will be the bedrock upon which senior management-level decisions are made, and you'll empower the development process of our diverse DevOps teams in the business and application chain(s).
In this role, you'll be the bridge between complex business problems and practical solutions. You'll translate business requirements into designs and specifications that align seamlessly with our chosen business and IT architecture framework.

Top responsibilities
Understand complex business problems, identify business/functional user requirements, and recommend how best to support them through processes and systems.
You play a key central role in monitoring the quality of work delivered by the Business Analysts in the development teams throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
Translate business requirements and issues into designs and specifications that are in line with the chosen business and IT architecture framework.

You would be working with Risk Management IT is positioned within the Risk & Finance IT domain, responsible for Rabobank’s backbone IT systems for the Risk and Finance business functions. Within this domain is Risk Management IT responsible for the run and change processes of Rabobank’s Asset and Liability Applications for our Treasury Colleagues.

You and your talent
What we are looking for in you:
Education : Possess a Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
Experience in IT : Bring 5+ years of experience in banking and/or financial services IT, including system design, development, testing, and project implementation & planning.
Business Analysis Expertise : Demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Business Consultancy, including a track record of leading in this role. Knowledge and experience of Business Analysis methods and best practices are required.
Domain Knowledge : Have a proven track record within the Financial Markets, Treasury, and Asset & Liability Management (ALM) domain as a business analyst.
Risk Management : Proven expertise in Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate Risk Management, and/or FTP. Knowledge of and experience with financial and/or risk reporting functions are required.
Methodologies and Architecture : Possess a proven track record with business analysis methodologies and applicable IT architectures.
Project Management : Show a proven track record in working on large or complex projects throughout their full life cycle.
Data Expertise: Knowledge of and experience with data warehousing is preferred.
Agile Proficiency : Experience in an agile environment, including DevOps, SCRUM, and SAFe methodologies, is a plus. Familiarity with Audit, Compliance, Operational Risk processes, and general IT risks and controls is also advantageous.
This is what we offer you
a gross monthly salary between € 3.959,- and € 6.741,- (scale 9 or 10 based on your experience, 36 hours per week).
13th month and holiday pay: as of January 1, 2023, the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.

an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-

a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
