Are you a Scrum Master who is passionate about Agile and committed to driving team excellence? Rabobank has a fantastic opportunity for you. Take on the exciting challenge of elevating our agile teams and development processes to new heights in the Area Shopping within the Tribe Payments. In this Area we serve different payment methods to our customers, such as iDEAL, Open Banking and Cash.

The position for the Scrum Master role is primarily for the two Cash Services squads from the Area. The first squad  focuses on creating and maintaining the api's that are distributing cash data from the Geldmaat ATM's to the rest of the Rabobank organisation. The second squad is responsible for the Cash Limit Administration application, which plays a big role in fighting financial economic crime, preventing our customers to partake in anti money laundering activities.

Making a difference

We believe that developing high performing teams starts with an experienced Scrum Master, who actively facilitates his or her team(s) to continuously stay focussed on the sprint goals and improvement potential to add value for our customers. To do this, you prepare and facilitate the Scrum rituals. You make sure that you choose the right incentive at the right moment to help your teams.

You recognize opportunities to improve collaboration within and between teams in the Rabobank organization. You know how to strike the right balance between coaching, mentoring, teaching and facilitating.
