Business Analyst Credit & Engagement

We are looking for experienced Business Analyst who would like to work in a challenging and international environment to enable the bank in providing relevant financial services to our clients. You will be a part of Credit & Engagement Area of W&R Financing tribe of the Rabobank. The area contributes to development and maintenance of a number existing and yet to be built applications involved in Wholesale & Rural Credit Journey which covers a number processes: deal origination; credit engagement and approval; updating clients credit risk;  performing capital calculations by implementing new models and calculation engine; conducting sustainability assessments and others. 

You and your job
You have a good experience in elicitation of requirements, making specifications and in finding the solutions for required functionalities. You have worked on designing and building of application and preferably with low code platforms. You have a strong pro-active and communicative attitude on multiple levels. And you have also banking experience and preferably in Credit domain. You will be working in one of our squads on development of sustainability or credit journey applications supporting Wholesale or Rural clients served by the Rabobank across the world. And next to the realization of the requirements you will be contributing to the resolution of non-functional requirements such as security and compliance. And working in devops team you will be involved in handling of production incidents. 

As a Business Analyst role you can make a difference: 

• In being the primary contact for our stakeholders;
• In identifying, modelling, and documenting new processes;
• In representing customer and end-user interests by gathering input from stakeholders to understand the problem to be solved;
• In providing improvements for the way the squads are working
• Helping in resolving different impediments occurring in squads;
• In challenging stakeholders on requirements to fit in the global way of working, Rabobank worldwide;
• In capturing and drafting priorities for requirements together with the product owner;
• You help with coordination of the handling of production incidents;
• Together with the product owner and the DevOps team you will work on planning and roadmap of the squad activities;
• In contributing in your team by doing other tasks from a T-shape perspective;
• You work together with your colleagues towards compliant and secure applications;

With you as a Business Analyst the entire project team will consist of 200+ diverse colleagues in a variety of roles and countries. We work closely together with multiple partners that are located at various countries in the world.

• Minimum bachelor level;
• Certified as Agile professional;
• Knowledge and experience with working in Scrum, Agile, Lean and DevOps projects;
• Experience with working in a dynamic international environment;
• Working experience in multi-cultural teams;
• Analytical mind-set able to continuously improve services;
• At least 1 year experience with system support in production environment and dealing with user organization;
• At least 1 year experience with system support in production environment and dealing with user organization;
• At least 3 years of experience as business analyst;
• Experience with security and compliance aspects of system development and maintenance;
• Knowledge of experience with credit application  and approval processes;
• Knowledge of Rabobank Corporate Banking products and end-to-end processes is preferred;
• Knowledge of the IT-landscape within Rabobank Corporate Banking is appreciated; 
• Programming experience and knowledge of Mendix or other low code, BPM tools is much appreciated; 
• Experience in credit prepositions, credit approvals, financial reporting is very much appreciated;

• up to € 5.655,50 gross per month (scale 8 or 9, based upon experience)
