Imagine having impact by changing the Financial Economic Crime (FEC) Way of Work of Rabobank together with a multidisciplinary team. As a Project Manager within the Global Service Center (GSC) FEC Operations department, you have the opportunity to drive meaningful changes by leading projects and implementing improvements to the Wholesale client domain. You will play a vital role as the gatekeeper, ensuring integrity is maintained throughout the entire chain.
 

Making a difference  

• Plan, implement, and monitor, (cross-departmental) projects and improvements.
• Initiate improvements including impact assessment on clients, departments, operation, and IT.
• Drive implementation of changes in business operations, supporting systems, tools, and processes, and closely track their progress.
• Be a strong partner for our central KYC operation and the chain partners in the WR domain.
• Contribute to the change agenda incl. improvement initiatives.

With you as an Project Manager, the team will consist of diverse colleagues in a variety of roles, including: process managers, project managers a communication & service relationship manager and a learning & development manager.
 

With you

Collaboration, communication, leadership & organising skills and a strong focus on getting results are essential for the role Project manager. In addition, You must also possess the folowing:

• Academic level of thinking and working
• Prince2 and MSP certification is a pre
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and delivering them on time, withing budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated understanding and alignment with the organization's process design, methodologies, and data management.
• Knowledge of FEC/ CDD is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to effectively manage one's own workload, meet deadlines, and balance competing priorities

• a pension scheme, to which your contribution is only 3,5% or 5,5%.
