Your job

At Wholesale & Rural (W&R) Financial Economic Crime (FEC) we support and guide our colleagues in the regions to realize the global FEC Strategy. And in the FEC W&R CDD Change, Learning and Quality (CLQ) Programs and Projects team we manage the strategic projects to realize the FEC goals.

As a FEC W&R CLQ Project Officer you will be part of the Programs & Projects team where you contribute to strategic projects that may go further than one FEC pillar or one aspect of a process. Programs & Projects may involve multiple FEC disciplines or focus on a strategic initiatives and can impact the (IT) tools used in the global CDD processes. But you could also be asked to participate in next level up initiatives or global remediation initiatives.

Top 3 responsibilities

1. Develop creative solutions to realize project deliverables

2. Work close with global key stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and meet both global and local requirements.
3. Support the W&R regions and locations with the implementation of changes in processes, procedures and tooling of the strategic initiatives. This could also include training to stakeholders  in the impacted process

You and your talent

• Education/work and attitude level: Master degree with around 1+ years of experience or Bachelors with 3+ years of experience, preferably in a FEC role
• Ability to translate complex (regulatory) requirements into practical implementation deliverables .
• Ability to manage competing priorities and plan own work effectively and efficiently to ensure project goals are timely realized in accordance with the defined definition of done
• Knowledge of Dutch and international law on Anti Money Laundering, Terrorism Finance and Sanctions 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English  
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• A critical mind-set with a hands-on approach, pro-active and can-do attitude.

This is what we offer you

• A gross monthly salary between € 3.423,90 - € 5.655,50 gross per month (scale 8/9).
• An Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash payout.
• A thirteenth month and holiday pay.
• Flexible working times and location-independent working (within the Netherlands).
