Manager FCC Governance, Oversight and Change
Within the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Department, the Governance, Oversight & Change team ensures Group wide oversight of Rabobank’s compliance with Financial Economic Crime (FEC) obligations and partners up with the bank’s Global network of FCC officers.
You and your job
As Manager of the Governance, Oversight & Change team you are responsible for the processes and staff within the team and the day-to-day-management of all Governance, Oversight & Change activities. Next to this, you are maintaining successful working relationships with all relevant stakeholders internally and externally.

Key responsibilities
The execution of the GOC Function: amongst others i) providing qualitative insight into the FEC risk profile of Rabobank Group by setting requirements, ii) performing strong, challenged and cooperative oversight throughout the network, iii) ensuring and continuously improving FCC communication in the group network, with first line FEC network and bank wide, and iv) running and continuously improving FCC governance.
Hierarchical and functional management, including i) Leading FCC Group GOC, ii) realizing team targets and iii) managing the HR cycle.

You and your talent
KNOWLEDGE
- University degree and a minimum of 10 years working experience;
- Understanding and experience of/in Financial Economic Crime within the Financial Services industry;
- Financial Crime Compliance qualification or equivalent;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal).

This is what we offer you
A salary up to € 10.893 gross per month depending on experience (SK-A level)
Thirteenth month’s salary and 8% holiday allowance
An extra budget of 13% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
