As a Business Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our data solutions forward. Your ability to investigate and gather technical and non-technical information will enable you to help define and solve complex business and technical problems. With your extensive experience, you'll guide the team and bring people together to achieve our goals. Our collective ambition is modernizing our data landscape to a modern and predominantly cloud-based environment.

You'll work with the current technology stack that includes Informatica Powercenter, Powerdesigner, Oracle Exadata, Azure DevOps, and Tivoli WS. You are expected to be an expert in data modelling and have experience with the Datavault data model . You'll be responsible for understanding the importance of data quality, metadata, and definitions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders, product managers, and senior management.
Your proactive mindset and ability to prioritize will enable you to support the Product Manager in executing the Data warehouse roadmap in alignment with Rabobank's data suppliers and consumers. With strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills, you'll be a quick learner and embody a customer-focused mindset with a structured work style.

You and your talent

• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle Exadata, Azure DevOps, Tivoli WS, Power Designer or ERWIN Data modeller, and various data modelling approaches
• Understanding of the importance of data quality, metadata, and data definitions
• Ability to communicate and present with clarity to stakeholders, product managers, and senior management
• Proactive mindset and ownership of driving delivery of solutions
• Ability to prioritize and execute the Datawarehouse roadmap in alignment with Rabobank's data suppliers and consumers
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
• Customer-focused mindset and structured work style
• Quick learning ability
• Dutch language proficiency is strongly preferred

This Is What We Offer You

• Up to € 6.741,- salary per month.
• A thirteenth month and 8% holiday pay.
• An Employee Benefit Budget (10% of your monthly income). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
• 100 % reimbursement of the costs of home/work travel if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a home/work travel allowance.
• A pension scheme where you contribute only 5.5% or 3,5%
