Guide, support and improve agile rituals in leadership teams on Area and sub-Area level
Leads and coaches the other Scrum Masters in the Area Scrum Master Team

As Scrum Master you will guide and support the leadership team(s) of the Area in the Agile Way of Working, as well as that you have a coaching role towards the other scrum masters in the area.
The strategic goals of the Area Mortgage Criteria & Management are ambitious. Digitalization and innovation need to contribute to achieve these goals. A part from that, there are high requirements towards our products, our services towards clients, law & regulation and the supervisory authorities.

Intrinsically motivate the teams and area leadership to embrace the Scrum framework and help them to take the next steps in their growth
You are experienced in coaching (leadership)teams on process, product, people and technology
With your passion for Agile, your knowledge of the Scrum framework and your people knowledge, you create a culture of continuous improvement
You are able to stand your ground when it comes to Agile working in various settings and knows how to make Agile work for the teams
You will be a driving force for the entire area when it comes continuous improvement
You are able to identify recurring themes on a larger scale and take the lead to get things done
You are an inspiration to other Scrum Masters and have experience in guiding them to help them improve to the next level.
Required knowledge and experience:
Educated at University level, or similar level
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master including experience in Agile Coaching
At least an advanced Scrum Master certificate like PSM2
Fluent English is a must, fluency in Dutch highly preferred

A gross monthly salary between € 3.959,74 and € 5.655,50 (salary scale 9), depending on experience, knowledge and education.
An 8% holiday allowance and a 13th month;
A pension scheme, to which your contribution is only 5,5%.
An Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary); you decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving extra cash on a monthly basis;
An annual Personal Development Budget of € 1.400,-.
100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance;
A monthly € 40,- nett work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
A monthly € 40,- nett internet allowance.
