Working on complex transactions with high impact for our clients, offering them our expertise on structuring and execution of securitisation-, risk transfer- and covered bond transactions. With you as Analyst Securitisation, we make this possible together and create bespoke transactions. Your expertise and ability to bring together the required disciplines, being able to structure the transactions and connect with our clients will be an asset to our team. Next to your job, you will partake in our Young Professional Program within Corporate Banking where you will work on your own development and your career at Rabobank.

Making a difference  

• Working together within our team and with our clients to find optimal structures.
• Work on projects were we align the relevant external parties like auditors, rating agencies, legal counsels and other syndicate banks.
• Work on bond offerings in the European market together with Market’s Sales, DCM and Bond Syndicate.
• Prepare credit applications for the products the Securitisation team offers like swap intermediations, collateralised loans, cash advance facilities etc..
• Help our clients to get more insight in their asset portfolio’s with the help of data tools and knowledge on rating models.
• Work with large datasets to select suitable asset portfolio’s for our transactions

Our Securitisation and Covered Bonds team brings talented people together to offer securitisation-, covered bond and portfolio sale transactions to our clients. With you as an Analyst Securitisation, the team consists of 7 diverse colleagues in a variety of roles, including:

Your development as a Young Professional

Next to your job within our Securitisation team, you will be offered a spot in our young professional program. To become a specialist within your area of expertise, during the first 18 months you will mainly follow training courses that match your specialism and further develop your talents. The training courses are given by experienced colleagues or renowned trainers.

You will build your network, gain essential experience and develop skills that will serve you well later in your career.

With you

Customer focus, result orientation, adaptability and open mindedness are clearly essential for the role of Analyst Securitisation. In addition, it's important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:
 

• Master degree in a beta or legal study;
• You like to work with larger data sets;
• Interested in capital markets products;
• Interested in the regulatory environment of banks and insurers;
• Good communication skills in English and preferably Dutch (written and verbal).
