The FEC domain at Rabobank aspires to be a world-class Financial Economic Crime organization, delivering simplified customer-centric and futureproof solutions, driven by engaged and skilled employees. As Manager CDD processes & implementation at Rabobank you will contribute to achieving the purpose of the FEC domain by focusing on design of CDD processes and implementation of CDD policies. The CDD domain at Rabobank covers around 4,000 FTE’s.

Top 3 responsibilities 

The Manager CDD Processes & Implementation is responsible for:  

• Designing processes within the CDD domain, allowing for effective and efficient execution; 
• Implementing CDD policies to ensure effectiveness in risk management and consistency in execution; 
• Operational management of 2 teams (with expectation that these teams might be merged); 
• Representing Control Standards in decision making committees (e.g. client committee) 
   

The Control Standards CDD team is a new sub-team within the CDD domain and focuses on oversight and ownership of the end-to-end processes, models and controls with centralized knowledge and expertise on CDD. The Control Standards team consists of three sub teams: 1) Procedures & Guidances, 2) Processes & Implementation, 3) Models & Tooling  
It is expected that the scope of Control Standards will develop into a bank wide function.

You and your talent   

The manager CDD Processes & Implementation recognises him/herself in the following: 

• 5 years banking experience. Knowledge of retail as well as wholesale banking products. Proven experience in the FEC domain at a bank is considered to be a pré; 
• Oversight. Capable of linking policies with processes; 
• Flexibility. This relates to ideas and approach, not to objectives; 
• Connection. Capable of building and maintaining solid business relationships with a large stakeholder field (covering all three lines of defense

• A SKA Scale position (with a maximum of € 10.893,42) ;
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance.
