BI Analyst

As a BI Analyst at Tribe Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) you will support the internal reporting activities within CFO. You will co-create, support and maintain applications that deliver automated dashboarding and reporting to the management of the bank and business control. These dashboards are designed to drive the fact based decision making in the bank and facilitate the steering of the performance. 

You and your job
As a BI Analyst you make a contribution by being the expert for complex reporting challenges that you tackle in an Agile environment. Together with Developers, Analysts and the Product Owner you transform the business requirements into dashboards. You are involved in delivering complex data analyses. 

 
Fine working relationship
•    in the Area standard management reporting for Group and RGO;
•    together with 10 direct colleagues in your squad;
•    36 hours per week.

Are you curious about what would be on your to-do list on an average working day? In this role you have contact with several internal customers like Group Control, HR, Balance Sheet Management, Control W&R and Control Retail NL to create improvements to the reporting environment. For instance: How can we improve the internal steering on our ESG goals? Together with the product owner you translate the business requirements in clear user stories with requirements for data, changes for the model and calculations and finally requirements for visualizing the data.

You and your talent
 •    A completed master in the direction of Business Economics, IT or Finance; 
•    An excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
•    You are a top player in working with data, advanced data analysis and you have experience with management accounting;
•    Minimum of 3 years experience in BI and Data;
•    Focused on solutions;
•    Building on relationships;

•    Up to € 4.889,- gross per month (scale 8);
•    A thirteenth month and holiday pay;
