You and your job
Within Tribe Business Lending, the Area Data & IT Foundation ensures that data with the highest quality flows through our system. For the team Sustainability Data we are looking for a new colleague for a temporary project regarding Sustainability of our corporate clients.
You will be uniquely positioned to have a broad overview on the sustainability performance and development of the corporate portfolio of Rabobank Retail NL. Within this role you will have an active contribution to developing data and insights that determine the way Rabobank supports business clients to become more sustainable and reports on this to various internal and external stakeholders and Rabobank.
You will create insights, execute data assessments, coordinate projects to validate external data and if necessary improve the data quality. To achieve this, you have analytical skills, are not afraid to manage a data project and preferably have business sustainable finance knowledge.
Practical Example
- On a daily basis we work on challenges that current society faces, for example: Nitrogen, Biodiversity and Sustainable energy. Our sustainability assessment identifies and promotes frontrunners, while we aim to inspire laggards to step up their efforts.

- In depth analysis and creation of impactful insights on sustainability developments within our corporate portfolio, based on 30.000+ individual client sustainability assessments
- Coordinate projects to validate external data to further strengthen the client sustainability assessment
- Assessment of data availability and data quality, and thereby contributing that the decision is based on data
- Combining business financing- and data expertise for solving complex data problems
- Effective cooperation with multiple stakeholders both within and outside Tribe Business Lending such as one of our Tribe Partners: Commercial Banking

You and your talent
Structured thinking, pro-activeness, an analytical-mindset, flexibility and a relationship orientation are clearly essential for the role of Data Analyst. In addition, it is important that you recognize yourself in the checklist below:
- You have preferably sustainable finance knowledge
- You have demonstrable affinity and knowledge on advanced data analysis
- You can convert data into information and explain it to your conversation partner
- You like solving complex issues and will not be quick to say that something does not work
- SQL experience is essential
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluent in Dutch and English
This is what we offer you
- Up to € 5.655,50 gross per month (scale 9)
- Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
- an extra budget of 11% of your gross monthly salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
