Business Manager

As a Business Manager you will join one of the most dynamic departments of the bank. You are the driver of the management agenda and will act as a liaison between the Tribe leaderships and its stakeholders to operationalize the strategy.

Within Tribe Data & Analytics, we create value out of data at scale and we are the driver of transforming Rabobank into becoming an even better data driven bank. Together with IT and Architecture we're realizing this with over 500 talented colleagues and we're growing even further.

As part of the Tribe Leadership Team (TLT) of Data & Analytics you're involved in a wide range of primarily strategic topics of the Tribe. You support and advice the TLT and switch easily between thinking and doing, you keep an overview and look ahead. With (project) management talent, communicative skills and organizational sensitivity you get the best out of collaborations with others.

Together with the other Business Managers of the Tribe Data & Analytics:

• You are the driver of the management agenda. Ensure that the performance of the Tribe is monitored and discussed, flag risks and opportunities and advise management on additional actions needed.
• You organize and facilitate the strategic steering cycle of the Tribe and execute related projects.
• You act as a liaison between the Tribe Leadership and internal stakeholders such as Control, Risk, Audit, HR, Digital Transformation.

• Ensure the Tribe operates at its best by shaping the Tribe Objectives and KPI's, guiding the Performance & Health sessions,  and organize the Quarterly Business Review including reporting.
• Assist in the assessment of HR related topics such as the Engagement Scan, Strategic Resource Planning and Organization Growth Dialogue, building on the improvement points and guiding management on relevant agreed actions.
• Gather input and prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. MT CITO, the Management Board, regulators and investors).

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. As a Business Manager you are part of the Central Business Management team. This team is part of the leadership team of Tribe Data & Analytics which consists of the Tribe Lead, Tribe Architect, Tech Domain Manager and seven Area Leads, including:

Customer focus, analytically strong and structured are clearly essential for the role of Business Manager. In addition, it's important that you see a match in the checklist below:

• 5 years working experience in a consulting, business development or data & analytics environment.
• Solid understanding of Data & Analytics such as technical platforms and analytical products.
• Analytic and strategical thinker that gathers input from different stakeholders and creates valuable insights for senior management.
• Excellent communicator that connects easily with others and is skilled in managing stakeholders in a complex organization.
• Comfortable discussing with or presenting to senior management.
• Above all; you have a positive presence, love to work with and for people and have a passion to drive change & execution.

• Gross monthly salary between € 4.537 - €6.481 Scale 10 (depending on knowledge and experience).
• Employee Benefit Budget 11% of your monthly salary. You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
• Personal budget of € 1.400 to spend on activities related to your personal development and career flexible working times and location­ independent working.
