Road Manager RML CreditCore

Do you want to you play a crucial role in the implementation of Rabobank Model Landscape (RML) within CreditCore and directly contribute to the transformation of our bank into a more solid, data-driven organization .

You and your job
As a Road Manager RML you make a contribution by playing a crucial role in the implementation of the Rabobank Model Landscape within CreditCore and you directly contribute to this key transformation within our bank. You are the to go to person that brings the helicopter view and together with the rest of the Tribe you break down walls to continuously align all involved stakeholders.

Fine working relationship

  • Reports directly to the Tribe Lead

  • Sparring partner for all Area and Expertise Leads

  • 36 hours per week

An average working day

Are you curious about what would be on your to-do list on an average working day? For instance, next to participating in the RML governance on behalf of CreditCore Tribe, you are in constant communication and alignment with all area’s and Expertise teams. This contains questions on policy, IT and process unclarities. If impediments arise you are the one making sure alignment and communication is ongoing with all internal and external stakeholders.

You and your talent

  • You have a MSc in Finance Management, Economics or Business Administration or alternatively quantitative finance, econometrics, mathematics or a related field and are thus analytically strong;

  • good communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;

  • You are capable of translating business questions to data and processes.

  • knowledge of and experience with change management;

  • You focus on the solution ;

  • You clearly demonstrate and take ownership ;

  • You focus on the customer and are good at perceiving needs;

  • You are adaptive to changing situations.

  • You encourage and guide other squad members in their work

This is what we offer you

  • up to €6.700,- gross per month (scale 10)

  • Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance

  • an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
